PURPOSE:To detect easily the direction of deformation of an object, by increasing or reducing continuously the reference light path length from each point on a hologram dry plate to a light source in a prescribed direction in one exposure, at least, out of plural exposuers. CONSTITUTION:A light 2 emitted from a laser 1 is divided into an object light 4 and a reference light 5 by a beam splitter 3. In one exposure, at least, out of plural exposures, the reference light path length from each point on a hologram dry plate 8 to the light source is increased or reduced continuously in a prescribed direction determined on said hologram dry plate 8. Thus, the direction of deformation in each part of the object or the direction of oscillation in each part of the object is detected very easily. |
