PURPOSE:To improve reliability of the titled system by sending a detecting signal outputted from one of fault detectors respectively mounted on plural computers to other computers at the detection of the fault to execute a program controlling allotted functions to be substituted by respective computers. CONSTITUTION:If a fault occurs in a computer 11 when the computer 11 is in an on-line control mode bearing plant control and a computer 12 is in a queued mode, a fault detector 21 detects the fault and outputs an interruption signal to an interrupting device 42 in the computer 12. Receiving the interruption, the computer 12 starts a constitutional control program 52 and decides the part of the computer 12. When the self-system is in an on-line control mode, the program 52 changes its operation mode flag so that the other system is in a stop mode. When the self-system is in the queued mode, the computer 12 changes its operation mode flag so that the self-system in the on-line control mode and the other system is in the stop mode and starts a program to be operated in the on- line control mode. Consequently backup control can be attained without using a constitutional controlling device, improving the reliability of the system. |
