PURPOSE:To conduct the optimum fermentative cooking wthout being affected by indoor temperature by stopping a blower and preventing the introduction of air into a heating chamber during fermentative cooking. CONSTITUTION:When conduting fermentative cooking, operation required for the cooking is executed, and a power switch 31 is turned ON. Consequently, contacts 32a, 32b are closed while a section between the movable contact 33a and a fixed terminal 33c of a bidirectional contact 33 is closed, and an upper heater 6 is operated. As a result, fermentative cooking is conducted through the generation of heat of the upper heater 6. In this case, a contact 38 keeps an OFF state, and the blower 16 is not operated. Accordingly, air is not introduced into the heating chamber 4, the change of temperature in the heating chamber 4 can be reduced to the change of indoor temperature, an unnecessary temperature drop in the heating chamber 4 is avoided, and the optimum fermentative cooking is conducted. |
