PURPOSE:To monitor voltage values accurately with a plurality of pads by enabling the measurement of the maximum and minimum values of output voltages of a plurality of voltage generators. CONSTITUTION:A common connection of first output terminals 22 of a plurality of first emitter follower circuits comprising pnp transistors TP is equivalent to an OR circuit of negative logic, which outputs an output voltage V23 corresponding to the voltage V21min, the lowest to a plurality of output terminals 21, to a first measuring pad 13. On the other hand, a common connection of second outut terminals 23 of a plurialty of second emitter follower circuits comprising npn transistors Tn is equivalent to an OR circuit of positive logic, which outputs an output voltage V23 corresponding to the voltage V21max, the highest to a plurality of input terminals 21, to a second measuring pad 14. The output voltages V22 and V23 to the first and second measuring pads 13 and 14 are separately measured to determine the difference, which allows the estimation of the input voltage V21, namely the output voltage value of a reference voltage generation circuit 12 and the variance thereof. |
