摘要 PURPOSE:To easily mass-produce reproducing styluses by forming a mask pattern at the part of a blank material, worked in the shape of a completed reproducing stylus, where an electrode part is expected to be formed and performing ion implantation, and then removing the masking material. CONSTITUTION:Diamond is polished in a prism to form an electrode-expected surface 5, a back surface, and an introduction surface 7. A photoresist layer 11 is formed around the prism, and the electrode-expected surface 5 is exposed in a shape which corresponds to a prescribed pattern; and the photoresist layer 11 at the exposed part is removed by development, and ions are implanted into the blank material S at the part to form a conductive layer. Then, the photoresist 11 is removed to obtain a completed reproducing stylus. After an electrode part is formed, the blank material S need not be polished, so the reproducing styluses are mass-produced easily at high yield.
