PURPOSE:To prevent dust from entering through a disk insertion opening by providing a door closure indicating means which indicates door closure to a door opening and closing mechanism when a power switch is turned off during a disk insertion ditecting means is in a door opening state. CONSTITUTION:A cover body 5 covers a disk insertion opening 2 provided to a disk reproducing device, a door opening and closing mechanism 26 opens and closes the cover body 5, and a disk insertion detecting means SDI detects the insertion of a disk D. When a power switch SP is turned off while the insertion detecting means SDI detects that the disk D is not being inserted, a door closure indicating means 32 sends an indication for door closure to the door opening and closing mechanism 26. |
