发明名称 AUTOMATIC TAPING DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the working efficiency of taping, by providing a positional detector for an insulation tape so that light emitting parts and light receiving parts as one unit are controlled by a driving mechanism for the light emitting parts and the light receiving parts, while they are maintained at a predetermined distance to the insulation tape. CONSTITUTION:A light emitting part 19 and a light receiving part 22 in a positional detector 23 for a tape are attached in one movable part 21. The intencity of lighting of the light receiving part 22 is maintained constant if light emitting current is controlled in accordance with the rotational position of a rotary ring 11. Such photoelectric elements which are arranged by a number of 2 or 3 in the vicinity of the center position of the tape and by a number of 2 or 3 in the peripheries of both side ends of the tape, are energized so that a slip of the tape may be detected with a high accuracy. When any slip of the tape arise, a guide roller 13 is propmtly moved for preventing the slip. Further, a tape breakage is detected by the photoelectric elements at the center of the tape, and therefore, alarm is issued by an arithmetic control unit 17. Simultaneously, the light emitting parts 34 on the rotary ring 11, for informing abnormality, are lit on and a plurality of light receiving parts 33 on a carrier bed 32 successively receive light so that deceleration and stopping are brought about in this order. Accordingly, the work of taping may be automatically carried out and therefore, the working efficiency of taping is improved.
