PURPOSE:To increase the efficiency in processing the works in a fixed tank by forming an outflow port in the upper part of the fixed tank and an inflow port on the side part of a rotary panel and allowing the coolant in the fixed tank to circulate into the outside apparatus and thus removing the medium dregs. CONSTITUTION:An outflow port 44 is formed in the upper part of a fixed tank 12, and the liquid layer 54 formed on a medium flowing ring 38, namely the layer containing much medium dregs is taken-out from the outflow port 44, and the medium dregs in the taken-out liquid are removed through a filter 51. The coolant which is cleaned through the filter 51 is sent into the lower chamber 40 of a barrel tank by the operation of a pump 52, and a portion of the coolant is supplied into the upper chamber 39 through the gap between a rotary panel 26 and the fixed tank 12, and almost all the part of the rest is introduced into the upper chamber 39 from an inflow port 42. |
