PURPOSE:To obtain a fluorescent lamp with good maintenance rate of light flux by coating the transparent electroconductive film with a phosphor substance of calcium halophosphate with its density of baked lumps over 1.0g/cm<3>. CONSTITUTION:An admixture is prepared from calcium secondary phosphate, calcium carbonate, calcium fluoride, ammonium chrolide, manganese carbonate and antimony trioxide, and this admixture is mixed uniformly in a ball mill and put in a melting pot. This material in the melting pot is baked for several hours at 1,100 deg.C approximately. This baked phosphor substance is coarse crushed with a roll crusher to be followed by fine crushing by a ball mill, and then chemical treatment, classification and drying shall be conducted to give a phosphor substance with intended properties. |
