PURPOSE:To have easy removal by winding the thread round a bobbin composed of a retainer in the form of a head-cut cone and an elastic winding member having a slit, which is enlarged when fitting is made on the periphery of said retainer, and by removing this retainer when taking-off is performed. CONSTITUTION:A winding arrangement 16 is composed of a retainer 22 in the form of a head-cut cone and an inside surface 23 with a taper to mate with the outside surface of said retainer, where a slit 24 is provided in the axial direction. A winding member 25 of an elastic substance constitutes it. At the time of winding, the slit 24 is widened by fitting the retainer 22 and rotation is made by means of contact with the outside circumferential surface of the funnel- shaped corner 9 to wind up the thread 2 being traversed by a guide groove 12. When the end catching thread 2 is drawn off from the bobbin 16, the retainer 22 is removed from the winding member 25, that will shrinks the outside diameter by its own elastical restoration force to produce a gap 26 between the end catching thread 2 and winding member 25, providing an easy taking-off of the end catching thread 2. As a result, the time for taking off the thread can be shortened. |
