摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to omit tridimensional map with excellent controllability being maintained, when the air-fuel ratio is learned and corrected based on the detected value of an O2 sensor, by computing correcting quantity in correspondence with the computed value of two or more control variable. CONSTITUTION:When a timer routine 300, which is processed every 10sec, is started, a correcting quantity DELTAK1 is added to or subtracted from an air-fuel ratio returning control quantity K1 from the O2 sensor in steps 301-306, based on the output of the O2 sensor. The result is stored in an RAM in a step 306. When the operating state, at which the learning conditions are satisfied, is judged in a step 307, the values of K1 are accumulated in a step 312 until a counter C0 counts 500. when this value is exceeded, an air intake quantity KQ is computed by an expression (constant KA X engine speed Ne X intake air pressure Pe) in a step 311. When an average Km of an accumulated values Ks of K1 exceeds 1.02 or becomes smaller than 0.98, a learning correction term Kn corresponding to KQ is computed in steps 317 and 318.
