The arrangement is pref. mounted on an agricultural tractor provided with a lifting arm and a power shaft, used for driving an air compressor supplying compressed air to a reservoir. The jets of conductive liquid exit from nozzles which are supported within blocks. The blocks are mounted to a parallelogram, providing a suspension from an insulating element made of synthetic material. The insulating element are joined in pairs at either end of an arm. The arms are mounted on a frame on which the compressor is mounted. A conduit connects the nozzles to tanks at the front of the tractor. Electrical connections on each nozzle are gathered to a resistance meter and recording appts.
