Heat treatment of concrete - uses enclosed zone with heated air and combustion gases from burner

The heating method is for articles (1) requiring heat treatment, such as concrete. These are placed in a sealed treatment zone (2) containing heated air (4). The air is forced (8) around the article and the heating (6) is with gas or liquid fuel. The heating is external to the treatment zone and the combustion gases are introduced (16,18) into it and mixed with the air. Gas is extracted equal to the amount fed in. The combustion gases (28,30) are introduced parallel to the flow of air (F) in the zone.
