<p>PURPOSE:To increase the number of combination of a code, and to increase an address code without exerting influence on the whole system, by adding a scrambling circuit of a logical circuit constitution, to a circuit which generates a signal for testing a data transmission system. CONSTITUTION:A signal generating circuit for generating an address signal of loop constitution of a data transmission system, or a loop constitution signal, etc. is constituted of a step number deciding circuit 11, a gate circuit group 12, a scrambler 13 and a feedback step number deciding circuit 14. On this scrambler 13, shift registers 13-1-13m of (m) steps[(m) is an integer being >=3]and m-1 number of exclusive OR circuits 13c between each step are provided. Also, the each AND circuit of the circuit group 12, control signals 72-7m-1 from the control part are applied, and to the circuit 14, control signals 81-8m-1. Subsequently, output signals of the registers 13-1-13m are decreased in accordance with the signals 81-8m-1, exclusive OR with outputs of the registers 13-1-13m is taken an output of the circuit 11 and its input signal are applied to the scrambler 13, and the number of combination of a code is increased.</p> |
