发明名称 MEASURING METHOD OF BETA2-MICROGLOBULIN
摘要 PURPOSE:To make a substance reacted with the antibody of beta2-microglobulin in serums and urine etc. visible as a clear precipitating ring and to detect said substance simply in a short time, by adding anti beta2-microglobulin and a substance producing insoluble precipitated material which gives the clear precipitating ring. CONSTITUTION:Antiserums contg. anti beta2-microglobulin obtained by injecting human-microglobulin to a rabbit, etc. and a substance producing insoluble precipitated material which gives a clear precipitating ring are incorporated into a gel plate such as agar-agar. Pores are disposed on this plate, therein a fluid to be inspected 10mul is put and this is incubated to generate precipitating ringl after a prescribed time. A square of a diameter of the precipitating rings is measured and is compared with the value obtained by previously known standard samples and the beta2-microglobulin in the sample is measured in by making a measuring time much shorter than conventional methods. As the above- mentioned substances producing insoluble precipitated material, >=1 kind selected from polyethylene glycol, PVA, polyvinyl pyrrolidone and dextran, functioning as a reaction promotor for antigen and antibody, is used. By such a way, this is utilized for diagones of the presence or absence of kidney trouble.
