PURPOSE:To elevate accuracy of a titled device, by counting a reference pulse corresponding to the time required for exceeding the first set voltage of an AC voltage waveform and reaching the second set voltage, and executing a phase control by a conduction angle for outputting prescribed stabilizing voltage. CONSTITUTION:Input AC voltage is dropped, and after that, is rectified and is inputted to a wind comparator C/P. The comparator C/P and a detecting part ZD output an H signal when voltage between voltage V1 and V2 is inputted, and when a zero crossing point is detected, respectively. As a result, a reference pulse generated in accordance with 50Hz and 60Hz is inputted to a counter A, is cleared, also a conduction angle (number of pulses) corresponding to 1/2 of a counting value is outputted to a coinciding circuit from a storage means, and a counter B counts again from the zero crossing point by the following sine wave. When an input A becomes equal to an input B by the coinciding circuit, a photothyristor LED driving circuit is turned on, also a triode AC switch is turned on, and voltage which has been stabilized and phase-controlled is applied to a load. |
