<p>PURPOSE:To inhibit repeated utterance, by detecting a key operation by which repeated utterance of the same voice may occur, also clearly deciding that utterance of the same voice is unnecessary, and detecting whether the operation has been executed continuously in a comparatively short time which is allowed. CONSTITUTION:A flip-flop F/F 21 is set by a signal S1 outputted from a CPU 3, a set output Q of the flip-flop 21 is inputted to one input terminal of an AND gate 22, also is inputted as a trigger signal to a timer counting means 23, and also is inputted as a set state signal S3 to the CPU 3. Also, an output signal showing that a constant interval of time has passed, which has been counted by a timer counting means 23 is inputted to the other input terminal of the AND gate 22, and an output of the AND gate concerned 22 is inputted to a reset input terminal of the flip-flop 21. Also, the flip-flop 21 is reset by a signal S2 outputted from the CPU 3.</p> |
