PURPOSE:To facilitate the connecting work of a coil by constructing the top of a connecting piece in double structure and burying the depending end of a cylindrical core side piece in an insulating material, thereby increasing the strength of the piece. CONSTITUTION:A sector-shaped brush slide piece 31 and a connecting piece 32 which rises from the piece 31 and is electrically integral with the piece 31 are provided. The piece 32 is bent in an inverted U shaped at the top, thereby forming a double structure 23, and the depending end of the cylindrical core side piece 23a of the double structure is buried in an insulating material 5. Since a connecting part 34 is formed in a double structure in this manner and the depending end 23a is secured through the material 5 in an annular shape, the strength of connecting a connecting wire 8 can be largely improved. In this manner, a hot steak method can be employed, and a connecting work of a coil can be facilitated. |
