PURPOSE:To obtain the reduction and mitigation of inrush current and to simplify the shape of each kind of punching iron core by a method wherein square- shaped iron cores which are punched and auxiliary iron cores are combined in right crossing shape. CONSTITUTION:Square-shaped iron cores 1, 2 are made by punching and laminating thick electromagnetic steel plates in square shape. Auxiliary iron cores 3, 4 are made by punching and laminating the steel plates in I shape. An I-shaped central iron core 5 is composed in the same way as the auxiliary iron cores 3, 4. A coil wound through an insulating mateial is inserted on the central iron core 5. Namely, the square-shaped iron cores 1, 2 are inserted and mounted on the opposite ends of the central iron core 5 so that the tip of each auxiliary iron core 3, 4 may be connected. The square-shaped iron cores 1, 2 and the auxiliary iron cores 3, 4 are respectively connected in right crossing shape. A coil having the primary and secondary coils is inserted on the central iron core 5. |
