PURPOSE:To guarantee label information, by storing a data group to be processed, in a magnetic disk medium, and storing the label information of this disk medium in other non-volatile storage body. CONSTITUTION:A data group processed by a data processor 1 is stored on a magnetic disk medium 21 of a magnetic disk device 3, and label information such as a volume file of the disk medium concerned 21, VTOC (Volume Table of Contents), etc. is stored in a magnetic bubble memory 22 of a magnetic bubble device 4 provided separately. Said label information is stored in a magnetic bubble memory 22, therefore, even if a fault such as head-crush, etc. occurs in the magnetic disk device 3, no influence is exerted and the label information is guaranteed. |
