An appliance for spreading primitive rock meal onto the gratings of cow-sheds is described. It is characterised by a wheelbarrow and by a spreading unit, inserted in a front corner region of the bottom of the wheelbarrow, with a spreading plate driven by the wheelbarrow wheel and with a spreading-outlet guide plate determining the spreading-angle range.
