The invention relates to a room corner bead made of gypsum plasterboard in which two plane gypsum plasterboard strips are joined to one another, so as to be angularly adjustable, at the mutually facing end faces of the strips by a thin-walled, flexible-plastic angle section bonded thereto, the axis of symmetry of the legs of the plastic section forming the neutral axis. If the end faces of the plane strips are mitred, the same room corner bead can be used both as an internal corner bead and an external corner bead. Owing to the angular adjustability, the prefabricated room corner beads are adapted to room corners which are not at right angles. |
