The invention relates to a machine arrangement for tractor-carried agricultural harvesting machines, especially those for beet (leaves), with a harvesting unit (1) mounted approximately symmetrically on a three-point lifting device (tractor hydraulics) (2) belonging to the tractor, and with a transfer device (5) assigned laterally to the harvesting unit (1) and pivotable about an axis (8) extending essentially in the direction of travel (F). This transfer device (5) is designed as a unit which is separate from the harvesting unit (1) held in the front or rear hydraulics in adaptation to the ground, but which can be connected operatively to the harvesting unit (1), and is fastened to the supporting body (chassis/drive unit) (7) of the tractor by means of its own connecting device (mounting device) (6) allowing pivoting relative to the harvesting unit (1). <IMAGE>
