<p>PURPOSE:To provide a subject device which can rapidly press in an insert for a short time and eliminates the need to remove resin overflowing around the insert, by a method wherein the insert is held as it is heated in a manner to bring a forward end of a given heating device into contact with the insert. CONSTITUTION:An insert 36 is partially inserted into a hole 37 in a plastic molded product 35, and is lowered as it is heated with a heater 17 charged with a current. A flat forward end of a heating device 8 holds the insert 36 as the forward end makes contact with the insert 36 to heat it. Overflowing resin 38 is levelled by a heat insulating material 19, and the insert is then enoughly pressed in. When a press pressure attains 0, air, simultaneously, is exhausted through cooling perforations 20, 20' formed in an insulating material 13 and the heat insulating material 19 and through an outlet 29 of an air perforation in a heater, and this causes cooling of electrode parts 12, 12', the heater 17, and the insert 36.</p> |
