Electrical contacts (22, 23, 24) are used for monitoring the position of a reservoir piston (1) in a hydropneumatic pressure reservoir (3), consisting of a piston (1) and a cylinder (2), for high-voltage power circuit breakers. The bushings for the contacts (22, 23, 24) located inside the cylinder (4) are formed by screws (6, 13), which pass concentrically through one of the cylinder ends (7), are constructed as supports of a contact (23 or 24), are electrically insulated with respect to the cylinder (2), and are connected in a pressure-proof manner to the cylinder (2) by means of nuts (12, 18) with the interposition of static seals (10, 16). <IMAGE>
