PURPOSE:To provide a subject method wherein, after a pulling means is attached to an end part of a lining sleeve and the sleeve is pulled into a tube, the pulling means is detached, and a lining sleeve, having a wide thickness or a high hardness, is pulled into a tube with an inner diameter being smaller than the size of the lining sleeve. CONSTITUTION:A cable 23 is tightened to a pulling means 14 attached to a lining sleeve 13 having a larger size than an outer diameter of a tube 11 whereto a lining is applied, and is caused to pass through the tube. The cable 23, which comes out to the other end of the tube 11, is connected to a pulling cable 25 which is pulled by a winch or other means, and the lining sleeve 13 is gradually pulled into the tube 11. If a pulling is completed, the pulling means 14 and the extra lining sleeve 13 are removed. |
