The invention relates to a combination cigarette/lighter box, having a housing which possesses two chambers. One chamber has approximately the dimensions of a cigarette pack and serves to receive and dispense cigarettes. The other chamber serves to receive a lighter. It can also be designed as an integrated lighter. The chamber receiving the lighter can be formed laterally on the chamber for the cigarettes or cigarette packet or can be formed in a lid-like attachment which can be fitted onto the chamber for the cigarettes. The chamber for receiving the cigarettes or the lid-shaped attachment is provided with an aperture for the removal of the cigarettes. This aperture can be closed with the aid of a sliding element or a flap. <IMAGE>
