发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF METALLIC HONEYCOMB STRUCTURE
摘要 PURPOSE:To efficiently manufacture a metallic honeycomb structure by molding a mixture of >=1 kind of oxides selectd from Ni, Co, Fe, Cu and Ag oxides with a liq. for fluidizing the oxide and a viscosity regulating substance to a honeycomb shape with dies, drying the molded body, and calcining it in a reducing atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:Powder of >=1 kind of oxides selected from Ni, Co, Fe, Cu and Ag oxides is mixed with 12-17pts.wt. water basing on 100pts.wt. oxide powder, 3-5pts.wt. paraffin and 3-10pts.wt. viscosity regulating substance such as CMC or polyvinyl alcohol. The mixture is molded to a honeycomb shape by extrusion with dies in the 1st stage. The molded body is dried and calcined at >=1,200 deg.C in a reducing atmosphere in the 2nd stage.
