PURPOSE:To simplify the process of manufacture by finishing an insulation treatment only by dipping into Cu blackening treatment liquid, by applying a Cu oxide film on the surface of an untreated Nb3Sn conductor by using the agent for Cu blackening treatment, and thereafter winding the conductor in a coil form resulting in the heat treatment for the production of an Nb3Sn superconductive material. CONSTITUTION:Water is added to the agent for Cu blackening treatment containing sodium sub-chlorate, caustic soda, etc. resulting in the fixed density, and it is boiled, the untreated Nb3Sn conductor 7 is dipped here for several minutes, and accordingly the Cu oxide film 8 is produced on the surface of the Cu. Next, the conductor 11 thus contained is wound on the barrel 10 of a stainless bobbin 9, and succeedinly the heat treatment at 650-750 deg.C is applied to produce an Nb3Sn superconductive compound. Thus, a superconductive coil of high cooling performance without cracks, the decrease of shrinkage in the coil, the deterioration of electric insulation is easily obtained. |
