PURPOSE:To make the input and pickup of response efficient, by reading out a transmission and response voice mail stored in a storage means together with a distributed data at the transmission side, with a specific dial input at a transmitted side and a transmission side respectively. CONSTITUTION:In transmitting a notice of meeting or the like from a terminal 2a to terminals 2b-2n via an electronic exchange 1 by means of the voice mail, data and a voice mail of the transmission side and transmitted parties are stored in a data file 5 and a voice mail file 6 by taking up a telephone set and dialing a specific data. When the terminal 2b to be transmitted inputs the dial of the specific data, the exchange 1 connects a controller 4 to the terminal 2b to read out the voice mail to the terminal 2b. Through the dialing of the specific data, the response voice mail is stored in the file 6 and the response voice mail from the terminal 2b can be read out with the input of specific data from the terminal 2a. |
