摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce the entire working stage by installing stationary decks so as to partition and segment the inside of the blat furnace body into 3 divisions in vertical directions by taking the contents and range of work, installation procedures, etc. into consideration and performing the work simultaneously in the respectively segmented working ranges. CONSTITUTION:The inside of a blast furnace are trisected to a bottom part A for replacing of shells and brick masonry of the furnace bottom, an intermediate part B for replacing of shells, brick masonry of shafts and installation of cooling plates, and an upper part C for replacing of ore receiving metals and replacing of a large bell. An upper stationary deck 1 and a lower stationary deck 2 are installed in the partitioned sections. If the decks 1, 2 are installed in such a way, the inside of the furnace is partitioned to three divisions and since the strength that withstands falling and scattering materials sufficiently is developed, the work in the respective parts is accomplished safely and simultaneously, and the entire state is reduced.
