PURPOSE:To provide efficiently a foam molded article of high quality by a method wherein a synthetic resin panel is spread on a top force with detachable fitting pins set on the top force and foaming agent is injected between the top and bottom force which are mated with each other. CONSTITUTION:Setting pins 1 having projecting parts 5 with rectangular walls 3, 3' and a tilting surface 4 on the tip part of the main part 2 are inserted into the through holes 10 of the mold material 9 of a top force 7 so that the tilting surface 4 points to the outside of the force 7. Then, the projecting parts 5 of above-mentioned setting pins 1 are engaged with the through holes 13 of a synthetic resin panel 12. The panel 12 is pushed into and stuck to the lower side of the surface material 9. Then, foaming agent is injected into a space provided when the bottom force 15 covered with the surface material 16 and above mentioned top force 7 are mated with each other and cured. The surface material 16, a foamed layer 17 and the synthetic resin panel 12 are integrated into one body, the top and bottom forces are opened and the setting pins 1 taken out to obtain a foam molded product 18. |
