PURPOSE:To enhance the fast releasability of a core substance, in preparing a microcapsule, by a method wherein the core substance is dispersed in a solution containing ethyl cellulose as a wall fine forming agent and ethyl cellulose in the resulting dispersion is subjected to phase separation in the presence of a specific water soluble substance to form a wall film on the core substance. CONSTITUTION:In preparing a microcapsule, a pharmaceutical substance with a particles size of about 50-500mu and other core substance are dispersed in a solution containing ethyl cellulose as a wall film forming agent. In this case, a polymer comprising a monomer shown by formula[I]as a constitutional component, an acid soluble in water or an acidic aqueous solution, a water soluble substance such as polyhydric alcohol or polysaccharides, a phase separation inducing agent, a wall film forming aic or a surfactant are added in the obtained dispersion. Ethyl cellulose is separated onto the surface of the core substance to form a wall film thereon and the excellent microcapsule excellent in the protection of the core substance and fastly releasing the core substance in the stomach can be obtained. |
