PURPOSE:To enable to stably supply ink over a long period of time by a structure wherein a first vessel to store ink to be supplied to ink jet heads and a second vessel to store ink to be replenished to the first vessel are provided and the second vessel is fastened to the first vessel by means of a keeper. CONSTITUTION:At first the initial charging of ink to the multi-nozzle ink jet heads 216 is performed from an ink tank 1. At this time, the filler 220 of an ink replenishing tank 219 is connected to the ink replenishing port 211 of the ink tank 201 in order to set the tank 219 on a cover 204 by fixing the tank 219 with the tank keepers 213 and 214. At this time, the ink filler 220 equipped with the ink replenishing tank 219 is put into action so as to fill the ink up to the predetermined ink level in the ink tank 201. The ink replenishing port 211 and a vent hole block 212 are provided on the same side with respect to a filter 205 in order to bring the ink levels to same sides of the filter. |
