PURPOSE:To raise the drawing resistance of anchor rods by a method in which an anchor rod having u-shaped notches on its outer tube wall and a closing metal on its tip end opening is covered with a heat-shrink tube and penetrated underground, and an expandible material is injected through the aperture between the outer and inner tubes of the rod. CONSTITUTION:An anchor rod A covered with a heat-shrink tube 8 is driven through its closing metal 7 into a banking 11, and an expandible material 12 is injected through the aperture 4 between the outer and inner tubes 2 and 3 of the rod A until it reaches the positions of notches 5. The expandible material 12 injected expands and hardens to produce a maximum expansion pressure after the lapse of about 12-24hrs, whereby u-shaped tongue pieces 6 break the heat- shrink tube 8 and erect. By this, a drawing resistance is given to the anchor rod A. |
