PURPOSE:To effectively prevent the disturbance on a picture due to code error of a block code and to eliminate the effect of lines, by taking a synchronizing signal pattern in a hand shake the same as that in a picture signal. CONSTITUTION:When a synchronizing signal in a hand shake is received at a demodulation section 8 via a line 6 and a reception NCU section 7, a PLL in the demodulation section 8 is made stable earlier with ''1'' level of a synchronizing section to reproduce the inputted signal. The reproduced signal is inputted to a reception control section 9 as a signal of 1,0. The reception control section 9 performs pattern recognition of the inputted signal for several lines, forecasts the synchronizing point (leading point from 0 to 1), and further performs the pattern recognition and takes synchronism with a synchronizing signal pattern inputted next with the forecast location to establish the synchronism. When the synchronism is established and the reception of a picture signal is started, the picture signal is inputted. |
