PURPOSE:To prevent any increase of unbalance owing to a high speed rotation in a stacked rotor employed for an axial machine, by mounting keys on the contact surface between both adjacent wheels and on the contact surface between said wheels and stacking bolts which combines those wheels together. CONSTITUTION:A movable blade 3 is mounted on the outer periphery of a wheel 1. A plurality of said wheels 1 are stacked in an axial direction and each of said wheels 1 is clamped by means of a plurality of stacking bolts 2 having end pieces at the both ends thereof and penetrating through bolt apertures 4 of a contact surface 5. In this case, at least three grooves 6 are formed in a radial and circumferential direction by equal spaces on each of contact surfaces 5 between the adjacent wheels 1 and then, keys 7 are inserted into each of grooves 6, respectively, thereby restricting a relative deviation of each wheel 1 in the circumferential direction and preventing the adjacent wheels 1 from displacing relatively in the axial direction before and after the rotor is rotated. Thus, an increase of the unbalance owing to a high speed rotation is prevented and a radial vibration is reduced. |
