PURPOSE:To enhance an anti-abraision property and a sealing property owing to intimacy, by applying a high-frequency quenching to a sliding surface of one or both of a stationary scroll and a turning scroll and then applying a forming processing such as Leubrite processing thereto. CONSTITUTION:A scroll hydraulic machine is constructed by fixing a turning scroll 2 into a stationary scroll 1 having a vertically formed lap grooves 1a and lapping portion 1b and an end plate 1c. Further, a fluid inlet 3 is formed on said end plate 1c of said stationary scroll 1 and an outlet 4 is formed on the center of said end plate 1c, respectively. In this case, after the slide surface of said stationary scroll 1 is heated and quenched partially by high-frequency quenching to make a hard facing, said surface is subjected to a Leubrite processing to form hard facing layer 10 to 12, thereby enhancing an intimacy property. As the result, a sealing effect and an anti-abraision property are enhanced. |
