PURPOSE:To prevent malfunction likely to occur when a conventional counting system is adopted, by marking an identification on the last work piece of each lot, sensing the completion of processing for each lot, and by changing over to processing of next lot. CONSTITUTION:The data for every lot are entered previously in the control parts for processing machines No.1, No.2, No.3... which constitute a processing line. An identification ''M'' is marked on the last work piece W of each lot. While processing is carried out, a work W included in a lot A is transported in the processing line, and when the last work marked with identification is fed to the processing machine No.1, a mark sensor MS and a work sensor WS sense off the marking and the length of work, the same operation being carried out at the outlet from the machine No.1, to make sure completion of processing for the lot A. Thereby the machine No.1 is placed on arrangement for processing of the following lot. |
