PURPOSE:To prevent a core material from being exposed at a cut end face, by a method wherein core materials having a fixed size are supplied into a crosshead die of an extruder at fixed intervals, and a connecting part of a synthetic resin is formed between end parts of each adjacent piar of core materials. CONSTITUTION:Core materials 2 having a fixed size are supplied into a crosshead die 5 of an extruder 1 for a synthetic resin, and the outside surfaces of the core materials 2 are covered by a covering layer 3 of synthetic resin. The core materials 2 are sequentially supplied at fixed intervals, and a connecting part 4 of synthetic resin is formed between the end parts of each adjacent pair of the core materials 2. Then, the connecting parts 4 are cut to produce a synthetic resin covered constructural material in which the core material is not exposed at the cut end face. |
