PURPOSE:To improve adhesive strength by executing deaeration treatment at predetermined pressure and temperature and reducing the water content of polyvinyl butyral when an element is laminated and welded onto a glass plate with polyvinyl butyral. CONSTITUTION:A polyvinyl butyral layer 14, the solar cell elements 15, 15' and a polyvinyl butyral layer 14' are laminated onto the glass plate 13, and the surface is coated with a back material 16. The whole is kept under the temp. of 70 deg.C or lower and not more than 10 Torr pressure, and polyvinyl butyral is deaerated. The water content is brought to 0.5% or lower for approximately thirty minute. After deaeration work, temperature is set at 80 deg.C or higher, and polyvinyl butyral is softened and bonded at the pressure of 760 Torr. Accordingly, since the water content of polyvinyl butyral is lowered through deaeration, adhesive force is strengthened, and an exfoliation phenomenon can be prevented. |
