PURPOSE:To make a head smaller in size and facilitate the replacement of the lead of a pencil, in a recording head for drawing a picture, by a method wherein the upper end of the lead of a pencil is magnetically fixed to a movable body fixed to a loop form ribbon so that pressing and upward movement of the lead are performed by rotating the ribbon. CONSTITUTION:A solenoid 15 is excited, and a ratchet wheel 12 and a pulley 9 are rotated in the direction of an arrow B by a spiral spring, whereby a lead 1 of a pencil is pressed through a chip 4 fixed to a magnet 7 of a movable body 5. Even when the lead 1 is shortened, a constant pressure is exerted by the spiral spring. When a solenoid 15 is de-energized and the ratchet wheel 12 and the pulley 9 are rotated in the direction of an arrow B', the lead 1 is lifted upward. Since the movable body 5 for moving the lead 1 is short in length, the length of a lead holder can be shortened, and when a torque motor is used, lifting-up of the body 5 is facilitated and the lead can be replaced easily. |
