PRESSURE-RESISTANCE CHARACTERISTICS MEASURING APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To enable a separate measurement of the volume resistance and the surface resistance on an object to be measured corresponding to a pressurizing force by determining an electric resistance between specified plates with a compressing force while it is being applied on the object sandwitched with the plates therethrough. CONSTITUTION:An object to be measured is sandwiched with a plate 3 in which a metal disc 4 and a metal ring 6 are arranged in a concentric circle through an electric insulator 5 and solid metal plate 2 arranged facing it and a compressing force is applied on the object 1 through both the plates 3 and 2 by a pressurizing means such as hydraulic jack 18. The compressing force is measured with a load cell 25 or the like. Also measured separately are the volume-wise electric resistance of the object 1 between the plate 2 and the metal disc 4 and the surface- wise electric resistance of the object 1 between the metal ring 6 and the plate 2 or the metal disc 4 and the surface-wise electric resistance of the object 1 between the metal ring 6 and the plate 2 or the metal disc 4.
