PURPOSE:To provide sufficient stress corrosion cracking resistance to a titled reactor extremely easily by bisecting the same to a body part in contact with catalysts and a part on the down stream side thereof and a part on the upper stream side thereof and subjecting these parts to a solid solutionizing treatment under heating. CONSTITUTION:In a welding stageI, a body plate 104, an inlet nozzle 105, a lower end plate 108, and an outlet nozzle 109 as well as respective joining parts 205-207 and leg seats 106 are welded. An upper end plate 103 and an upper flange 102 are also welded separately. The respective welded structures are subjected to a solid solubilizing treatment under heating. In this state, jigs for carrying and jigs for preventing deformation are installed. Thereafter, the plate 103 is welded to the plate 104 by incorporation of a welding method with low heat input as a welding stage II. |
