PURPOSE:To obtain a highly accurate elastic model with a better workability by employing a rigid material for the die and an elastic material for the matric or the model to make the die releasing therebetween smooth at each stage of the molding. CONSTITUTION:A die material 4a which will exceed the matric 2 in the rigidity after hardened is injected into a space 3 defined by a mold frame 1 and the matric 2 fixed thereon. A model material 6a which will exceeds the matric 2 in the rigidity after hardened is injected into a space 5 in the die 4 left by the withdrawal of the matric 2 following the hardening of the material 4a and then, hardened. This eliminates the need for using a die releasing agent thereby improving the smoothness of the surface of the model with an aid of the rigid material used for the die material. |
