PURPOSE:To obtain a thin plate reforming machine which is capable of completely reforming twist and warp of a material by one time operation, by constituting a material heated to a suitable temperature so that a relative position of plural groups of reforming rolls can be adjusted so that a straightening effect is realized. CONSTITUTION:When the end of a thin plate material to be processed is twisted, for instance, to the right, several groups of rolls 11, 11 are adjusted at every other group by a supporting means so that the right end is deflected in the upper direction. Subsequently, the material which has been adjusted is fed to a feed plate 23, is fed between heating means 7, 7 through feed-in rolls 22, 22, is heated to a reforming suitable temperature, and after that, is fed in between the rolls 11, 11 through a relay piece 20 and guide rolls 18, 18. Subsequently, the material fed in between the rolls 11, 11 is pinch-pressed and reformed by providing twist reforming force in reverse to twist of the material, is made to pass through between heating means 8, 8 of the function side, is heated, and after that, is made to pass through between air feed pipes 25, 25, and is air-dried. Subse1uently, the material which has become a plate having no twist is taken out onto a take-out plate 26 by drawing rolls 24, 24, and is discharged to the outside. |
