<p>PURPOSE:To maintain the amt. of dissolved oxygen constant and to treat waste water stably by blowing air contg. 25-35% oxygen and the gas in the space in the upper part of the 1st treating area into mixed water, and blowing the outflow gas thereof into said outflow water in the space in the upper part of the 2nd treating area. CONSTITUTION:In the 1st treating area A of hermetic type, the oxygen enriched air contg. 25-35% oxygen through a line 3 and the gas circulated through a blower 7 and a line 9 from the space 5 in the upper part of the area A are blown into the mixed water through an air diffusion pipe 11. The mixed water is admitted from the area A into the 2nd treating area B of hermetic type, and the gas from the space 5 is admitted into the space 23 in the upper part of said area. In the 3rd treating area C, the air through a line 33 is blown from an air diffusion pipe 35 in such a way the dissolved oxygen in the mixed water is contained at 1-3mg/l. The mixed water contg. the sludge having finished the treatment is fed through a line 37 into a settling tank 39, of which the supernatant is discharged through a line 41 to the outside of the system.</p> |
