摘要 |
PURPOSE:To make the diagnosis of pancreas cancer more effective, by using a monoclonal antibody. CONSTITUTION:A pancreas cell of a mouse immunized with a human stomach cancer tissue membrane component and a myeloma cell of a mouse are fused to make a hybridoma. A monoclonal antibody reactive to human stomach cancer is selected and the hybridoma is incubated into a medium or administered to a mouse to be converted to ascites. Thus, an anti-human stomach cancer reactive monoclonal antibody is obtained as cultured product or by sampling from the ascites and recognizes a sugar protein or sugar lipid converted to sialic acid is antigen. The anti-human stomach cancer reactive monoclonal antibody AMC-462 thus obtained is widely reactive to a digestive organ cancers such as pancreas cancer and large intestine cancer.
