PURPOSE:To obtain a plastic product with a better mold ability free from anisotropy which maximizes the effect of a reinforced fiber preventing cracking between fibers and interlayer peeling by employing a prepreg obtained depending on a specified winding. CONSTITUTION:After passed through a resin tank 4, a plurality of filanment or roving fiber bundles are wound on a mandrel 8 in four directions each at + or -22.5 deg. and + or -67.5 deg. to the axial direction thereof sequentially given times. The braided matter is delivered from the mandrel to make a prepreg. Thereafter, the prepreg is molded by heating and pressurizing to match a product. |
