<p>The scraper arm is for use in lifting materials such as sand, gravel and cement. It has a base frame (1) with guide pulleys (2) and a drive chain (3) for scraper buckets (4). The frame is pivoted on a support (6) and controlled to move around a vertical axis (X). The upward travelling chain part (3') is guided along a mouth (9), at the top of which (10), material is discharged. There is also a belt transporter (17) moving around a vertical axis and of variable slope. One end of it is below the chain discharge to receive material.</p> |
